As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services. You will support our healthcare providers, assist with patient care, and ensure the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Assist with patient intake, including taking vital signs, medical histories, and preparing patients for examinations.
• Clinical Support: Perform basic laboratory tests, administer medications as directed by a physician, and assist with medical procedures.
• Administrative Tasks: Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle billing and insurance documentation.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring clear and compassionate communication.
• Compliance: Adhere to all healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and medical billing software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
