Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Manager located in Columbus, GA. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for fleet operations, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, managing and coordinating fleet dispatch, and maintaining operational efficiency. The role involves finding loads for drivers, reaching weekly revenue goals, driver management, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with drivers and other team members to optimize fleet logistics.
