JOB SUMMARY:
The Director of Information Technology is responsible for the strategic leadership, management, and execution of all information technology functions supporting Clin-Path Diagnostics LLC and affiliated laboratory operations. This role oversees enterprise IT systems supporting anatomic pathology, molecular diagnostics (including NGS), flow cytometry, FISH, IHC, digital pathology, laboratory instrumentation, and client-facing systems. The Director of Information Technology ensures the reliability, security, scalability, and regulatory compliance of all IT systems while supporting business growth, operational efficiency, and major strategic initiatives. This position manages IT staff, vendors, and budgets, and serves as the primary owner of IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, LIS platforms, and enterprise integrations. Employees are responsible for following all Company policies and procedures, including adherence to regulatory standards such as CLIA, CAP, HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable state and federal requirements.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
