Location: Glendale, KY
Responsibilities:
● Designs proposed output formats and monitors output for information accuracy.
● Translates spoken and/or written materials from one language to another.
● Writes or drafts correspondence, reports, documents and/or other written materials.
● Records and/or transcribes minutes of meetings, hearings, dictation, dialogue, etc., and produces documents in draft or final format.
● Reviews and/or inspects work for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
● Enters data into a computer system and retrieves, corrects, or deletes previously entered data.
● Translate communications clearly and accurately, conveying phrasing and intention as it relates to the subject
● Convert dialogue and convey the intent of the original speaker
Qualifications:
● Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
● Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks
● At least 1 year of administrative assistant experience preferred
● Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, customer service and interpersonal skills
● Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize and effectively manage multiple complex projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
