Your Impactful Role as an Office Coordinator

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Frontline Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for our office, warmly welcoming patients, visitors, and staff. Your friendly demeanor will set the tone for positive experiences at our facility.
• Communication Hub: Efficiently manage incoming calls, fielding inquiries, and providing information with a professional and empathetic approach.
• Appointment Coordination: Oversee the scheduling of patient appointments, ensuring smooth operations and optimal access to our services.
• Insurance and Administrative Support: Perform insurance verification and provide robust support to our clinical and administrative teams, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Culture Champion: Actively participate in and support our 24 Expressions of Company Cultures (24 ECC's), enhancing staff engagement and promoting a vibrant workplace culture.

Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate who is:

• Welcoming, with a talent for building rapport with diverse individuals.
• Quick-thinking, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively.
• Experienced in medical office settings, with knowledge of insurance verification preferred.
• Able to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
