The Plant Manager has overall responsibility for the entire manufacturing facility, and oversees the development and implementation of organizational strategies, standards, and practices to achieve best-in-class performance. Drive the success of operations in collaboration with plant leadership.

Plant Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics
• Lead, develop, and motivate plant personnel to meet company goals
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer demand and delivery schedules
• Manage budgets, forecast operational costs, and optimize resource utilization
• Maintain high standards for quality and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress to senior management

Plant Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum of 7-10 years of manufacturing experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of managing plant operations and leading teams
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
