Sales Manager
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (weekend availability for events and client visits)
Compensation: Base $100,000 + Variable $50,000–$75,000 (Total $150,000–$175,000) + Benefits

Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for luxury yachts? We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales, manage client and broker relationships, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across the Americas. This role combines strategic sales planning with technical expertise in mega yachts and requires strong international client engagement.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive sales growth and achieve profitability targets for luxury yachts.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute business plans and sales strategies tailored to the Americas region.
  • Manage the sales cycle: order processing, proposal preparation, and client coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and brokers to maximize sales and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and factories to ensure alignment with global standards.
  • Represent the brand at events, boat shows, and client visits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience selling luxury yachts (or similar high-value products in marine, automotive, or aviation).
  • Strong understanding of technical aspects of luxury yachts, including propulsion, AC/DC electrical systems, hydraulics, and onboard systems.
  • Fluent in English; Italian or Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to travel internationally and domestically to meet client needs.

Skills:

  • Strategic sales planning, business development, and client engagement.
  • Excellent relationship management and cross-cultural communication.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM.
  • Presentation and negotiation skills (supporting negotiation, not final contract signing).
  • High level of discretion, organization, and professionalism.
