Job Description:
This role involves defining and leading the engineering approach for complex features to achieve significant business outcomes. Key responsibilities include delivering complex features and technology, enabling development efficiencies, providing technical thought leadership through multiple software implementations, and applying a broad range of technical competencies. The role is also accountable for end-to-end solution design and delivery.

Position Summary:
This is a Senior Software Engineer position within the Bank of America Authentication Technology team . The team manages identity and access across multiple channels, including mobile, desktop, IVR, and contact centers. We seek a hands-on engineering professional to support key initiatives such as migrating to cloud and containers. The candidate should have experience building high-volume authentication systems, managing all layers of the stack, and a passion for clean, defect-free code. Innovation, problem-solving, and participation in ideation sessions are expected, including filing patents.

Pay range: $119,000.00 - $200,400.00 annualized salary, with offers based on experience, education, and skills. The role is eligible for discretionary incentives and benefits, including paid time off and other resources to support employee well-being and community impact.
