Job Description

Job Title: Supply Chain Associate

Location (city, state): Phoenix, AZ

Compensation: $23-$25 per hour

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications:

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management preferred (healthcare background a plus).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving supplies.
  • Proficiency with inventory systems or ERP software is desirable.

Job Description:

The Supply Chain Associate will support daily healthcare supply chain operations by receiving, stocking, tracking, and delivering materials across multiple departments. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring all medical supply needs are met.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:00 am – 2:30 pm (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and verify shipments, resolving discrepancies and damages.
  • Stock and replenish supply areas, maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Fulfill and distribute supply requests to departments and off-site facilities.
  • Conduct routine cycle counts to maintain accuracy of stock records.
  • Ensure urgent supply needs are met quickly and accurately.
  • Maintain safe and organized work areas in compliance with standards.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements for efficiency.
